Here is a preview of the excitement you can expect to find at the OCCC in April 2025.

SNAXPO25: Snax to the Max

Mar. 30 – Apr. 1

Snack foods make the world a better place and SNAXPO25 is the event that unites the snack industry’s producers and leading suppliers every year. Snack professionals can discover emerging flavors and seasonings, learn about the latest research and trends, and get inspiration from industry peers.

Don’t miss the Flavor Showdown where attendees can sample vote for the best new flavors of the year.

JA Inspire: Junior Achievement

Apr. 2 – 4

This hands-on career expo invites 6th through 8th grade students to engage with local industry and career opportunities. The JA Inspire event follows in-class sessions presented by teachers and is followed up with an in-class debrief.

Students in attendance will also learn about financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness.

Orlando Boat Show

Apr. 4 – 6

See over 600 boats at Central Florida’s premier boat show with plenty of activities for the entire family to enjoy. Chat with over 21 dealers representing over 80 manufacturers as you learn about boat makes, models, and designs.

Kids will love attending the “Hook the Future” fishing clinic, catching and releasing live trout, and seeing Twiggy the Water-Skiing Squirrel in action!

Stamp & Scrapbook Expo

Apr. 4 – 5

Crafters and Scrapbookers, unite! This two-day gathering is packed with inspiration and joy. Bring your tools and attend a variety of workshops introducing new techniques and projects you can use in your own crafting.

Friday Night’s Fright Night Play Date is all about dressing in your spooky gear while you craft with hundreds of others, and Saturday’s Play Date is a Pajama Party.

2025 DTU College Classic Nationals

The DTU College Classic Nationals is a dance competition full of spirit. Qualifying dance and cheer teams have been invited to perform in The Battle, the ultimate competition for the coveted Battle Cup.

Autism Walk & Family Fun Day

Join the Autism Society of Greater Orlando (ASGO) for a fundraising event designed to support their organization and local families affected by autism.

A 5k walk will be held inside the convention center in an air-conditioned facility. Afterwards, enjoy a community expo and Family Fun Day with access to local vendors with activities for kids at every vendor booth, info about autism, and a kids’ corner with games, characters, and more fun.

AAU Easter Classic 2025

Hosted by AAU Basketball, this popular competition offers teams from around the country the chance to compete against one another in sunny Orlando. See some of the best in youth basketball take to the court.

AAGO 2025 Annual Trade Show

The American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery’s 44th annual conference is all about “promoting patient care by advancing biomedical applications of lasers and energy-based technologies.”
