Chef Tello Luna’s Acclaimed Craft Beer Series Expands with Spirits, Cocktails at Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill
ORLANDO (Feb. 20, 2019) – Building on the success of its popular Brewmaster events, Rosen Centre is launching Harry’s Sip & Savor Pairing Series in 2019, adding spirits and cocktails to inspired pairings at Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill during special, one-night-only events throughout the year.
Under the direction of Harry’s Head Chef Tello Luna and the award-winning restaurant’s talented culinary and events team, Harry’s Sip & Savor Series invites guests to take part in culinary experiences that pair tantalizing dishes with some of Central Florida’s finest local craft beers and artisanal cocktails on four select dates*:
Friday, March 22
The signature series kicks off with a multi-course meal paired with the craft beers of Swamp Head Brewery of Gainesville, Fla.
Friday, June 14
Enjoy a summertime showcase of signature spirits and cocktails paired with a dazzling menu during this event featuring Avión Tequila, Absolut Vodka and Malibu Rum.
Friday, Aug. 16
Central 28 Beer Co. of DeBary, Fla., takes the spotlight, paired with an eclectic, multi-course menu developed by Chef Tello and his team.
Friday, Oct. 4
Signature spirits and cocktails featuring Jameson Irish Whiskey, Smooth Ambler Bourbon and Monkey 47 Gin are paired with multiple courses celebrating autumn during the final pairing showcase of 2019.
Each event in Harry’s Sip & Savor Series is $60 per person which includes complimentary valet parking and is not inclusive of tax and gratuity. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
