Sip on a warm soup like the Coconut Curry Cauliflower and Shrimp Bisque served with olive oil toasted Naan bread, or the rich Miso-Soy Soup with Duck Confit, Lo Mein Noodles, and fragrant flavors like ginger and lemongrass.

Refreshing salads like our Jumbo Italian Bean Salad with Broccoli Raab and Shaved Fennel offer a light and healthy start to your meal while cleansing your palate.

Our antipasto display has been thoughtfully curated to feature fresh and roasted vegetables, olives, artisan breads, sliced meats, and an array of domestic and international cheeses.

Savory Stations

Throughout our Orlando Easter brunch buffet, you’ll find extravagant stations with specialties to appeal to every palate.

Visit the seafood station to indulge in fresh shellfish like Jonah crab claws, New Zealand green shell mussels, and the always popular brunch favorite, smoked salmon with capers.

Customize your own pasta dish at the pasta station, where our chefs will be preparing black squid ink bowtie pasta and forest mushrooms in a melted wheel of Grana Padano cheese.

If you prefer a red sauce with your pasta, our root beer-braised beef short rib ragu is a sensational option.

It wouldn’t be brunch without breakfast food, and our breakfast station delivers fresh made-to-order omelets, classic Eggs Benedict, buttermilk waffles, a chef-attended French toast station, and a beautiful assortment of breakfast pastries.

If you’re a traditionalist who believes in eating ham on Easter, head to our carving station for our chef’s amazing Honey Ginger Beer Basted Ham, served with a tangy pomegranate glaze.

Our hot buffet will be serving a variety of entrées, including Gulf Snapper with Grilled Artichokes and Asparagus Tips in a Meyer Lemon Butter, Seared Chicken Breast with a Charred Scallion Chimichurri and Roasted Tomatoes, and Roasted Pork Loin with Cider Gravy and Pickled Red Onions.

At Rosen Centre, our onsite restaurants are known for their spectacular menus.

When you join us for Easter brunch in Orlando, you’ll be able to preview the cuisine from four of our dining establishments without ever leaving Café Gauguin.

Everglades Restaurant will be showcasing a Lamb Rib Chop served with lavender mustard and a pistachio crusted wild mushroom polenta.

Visit our 98Forty Tapas and Tequila selection to try Ropa Vieja Chimichanga with Cuban shredded beef, sweet plantains, Spanish rice, and a guacamole sauce.

Known for Island-inspired flavors, Harry’s Poolside Bar and Grill is preparing Pasta Jambalaya with andouille sausage, chicken shrimp, and a spicy creole sauce.

Indulge your sushi craving with a freshly made tempura shrimp roll from Banshoo Sushi Bar.

This year, you can look forward to trying indulgent cakes and cupcakes, tiramisu, Easter sweet shots, macarons, pecan pie, and chocolate truffles.

There will also be White Chocolate Almond Croissant Bread Pudding with an Easter Amaretto Sauce, and made-to-order Hand-Dipped Chocolate Truffle Pops.

Easter Brunch Pricing

Enjoy every incredible dish at our Easter buffet for one all-inclusive price.

This year, adults dine for $69.95 (plus tax and service charge). Children ages 4 to 12 are $31.95 (plus tax and service charge), and children three and under are free with a paying adult.

Reservations are highly recommended, though walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
