Harris Rosen, President & COO of Rosen Hotels & Resorts, will be joining Bryan Del Bondio, President of Markham Vineyards, for a special one-time only wine pairings dinner June 28 at Rosen Centre’s Everglades restaurant. The host will be renowned Orlando dining critic Scott Joseph. Joining this inimitable threesome will be our chefs for the evening, Rosen Centre executive chef Mike Rumplik and Everglades head chef Fred Vlachos. They’ve put together a five-course menu (plus a couple of surprises) paired with wines from the Markham portfolio. A limited number of seats are available for $95 each (including tax and gratuity).
